Tanya Beilhartz B.A., M.A., RCRT
(Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist)

Tanya Beilhartz B.A., M.A., RCRTTanya has been practicing reflexology in Windsor since 2004. She received her training at Aromatica Centre for Natural Therapies and Holistic Study in Windsor, Ontario. She is a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT) through the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC). Tanya has featured her services at the annual women's retreat, Total Recall on Pelee Island in 2007 and 2008. She has also volunteered as a reflexologist at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital for Nurses Week in 2007 and 2008, and most recently at the 2008 "Put Your Best Foot Forward" clinic sponsored by the Diabetes Program Windsor-Essex. She is currently working to introduce seniors to reflexology as an integral part of their overall well-being and health care.

Her love for reflexology began as a young girl when she asked her grandfather about the funny "coloured feet" poster that hung on his wall. The poster was a colour coded reflexology wall chart and he explained to her the basic premise of foot reflexology; that all of the organs, systems, and glands in the body end at reflex points in the feet. Manual stimulation of these reflex points, using specific finger and hand techniques, assist the body to achieve a deep sense of relaxation which reduces stress, improves circulation, and allows the body to return itself to its natural state of balance and well-being.

Tanya believes that foot reflexology is a therapy for all ages. Children can benefit from reflexology as it is a non-invasive therapy. The calming affects are a welcomed benefit for any parent while the session teaches children about the importance of self-care. Tanya also has experience -and enjoys- working with the elderly. She offers seniors discounts and flexible options to ensure that your loved ones are able to receive reflexology treatments that are convenient for them. And her services are not limited to children or the elderly. Men and women of all ages can benefit from reflexology. Tanya believes that our feet are the most overworked, overlooked, and undervalued part of our bodies. All soles, regardless of condition, can benefit from a reflexology session. Book an appointment with Tanya for a consultation and session today!!! More than your feet will thank you.
